Her personal and professional philosophy is grounded in non-diet, weight-inclusive, and client-centered principles. She prioritizes safety, trust, and skill development to help clients build sustainable, positive relationships with food and movement while honoring both physical and emotional well-being. Drawing on her background as a lifelong athlete and former volleyball player, combined with her National Academy of Sports Medicine personal training certification, Jessica creates intuitive, adaptable movement plans that prioritize body awareness, flexibility, and enjoyment while honoring both physical capacity and emotional readiness.
For families navigating ARFID or other feeding challenges, Jessica provides non-clinical, parent- and family-centered nutrition coaching for children, adolescents, and caregivers. Services are available both virtually and in-office, with a focus on building skills, confidence, and reducing stress around food while supporting day-to-day feeding challenges and mealtime dynamics. Jessica is passionate about empowering families with practical strategies and supportive mealtime routines that foster comfort, flexibility, and long-term success with eating.
